Billing and Rate Changes
We will be transitioning from the current advanced annual billing model to a usage-based monthly billing model and implementing the rate increase in a phased approach over the next three years for the ITS Private Cloud service. These service rates and billing procedures will come into effect May 1st, 2023.
Moving towards secure by default Virtual Machines (pt 3)
Recommended VMware Tools and Open VM Tools settings for Guest Operating Systems.

How-To's
Import large Virtual Machines into the ITS Private Cloud
Open Virtualization Format (OVF) is the ideal format to import pre-built virtual machines into the ITS Private Cloud.
How to archive Virtual Machines
The ITS Private Cloud offers a complimentary service for User Storage, better known as VSKEY-STOR providing support for SFTP/SCP and S3 protocols. Here you could store small to medium size VMs in OVF format for future deployment or archival purposes.
