UTORrecover Monthly Billing Update

Dear ITS UTORrecover customer,

We are writing to inform you of a recent issue identified in the billing for our ITS UTORrecover institutional data backup and recovery service. Due to a data collection glitch on May 6 and May 24, your May 2024 billing, received on June 1st, 2024, only included charges for 29 days instead of the full 31-day billing cycle.

Please rest assured that backups were not affected if your server was available during these days. Our team has identified and fixed the issue to prevent any future occurrences. Additionally, we will not retroactively bill you for the missing days.
